Feast Your Eyes on the Entire ‘Minions: The Rise of Gru’ x Reebok Collaboration
A handful of styles from the latest Minions x collaboration have been spotted in recent weeks, but the official announcement has finally come out revealing this massive pack.
To celebrate the upcoming Minions: The Rise of Gru, Reebok have teamed up with Illumination and Universal Brand Development, two of the parties behind the animated movie. This colab comprises multiple sneakers in motifs of the characters from the Minions universe, plus matching apparel.
Previously sighted have been the and styles in the likeness of the diminutive Otto, plus the Question Mid. Joining the cartoon/sneaker crossover is another Club C styled after the ‘Vicious 6’, featuring corduroy uppers and velvet lining. Also joining these character kicks is an asymmetrical Instapump Fury with wildly varied graphic and material panels, which will come in adults’ and mini-me kids sizes. Furthermore, each pair is packaged in extra-tall boxes with graphics that replicate the layout of key character Gru’s laboratory, but with some select Reebok placements.
This very diverse Minions collection officially releases on October 1 at selected retailers. Can’t wait that long? Members of the Reebok UNLOCKED program will have first dibs the day before, on September 30.
