END. Get Inspired by ‘Rainbow Eucalyptus’ for Their New Balance 1500Release: 18 December 2020
UK retailer END. have proven to be kings of collaborations in 2020. They’ve been tapped by adidas for futuristic 4D makeovers, crafted plush GEL-Lyte III creations with ASICS, and dabbled in a New Balance 1500... or two. Back with NB, and using the 1500 as a canvas to finish the year strongly, the duo have been inspired by a special tree that can be found in select parts of South East Asia, dubbed the ‘Rainbow Eucalyptus’.
First, we’ll take a look at the box, which boasts a colourful exterior mimicking the rainbow hues that can be found on the bark of the Eucalyptus tree. Moving onto the shoe, the UK retailer has chosen to use a mix of mesh, leather, and pig suede – creating a clean layered look. For the colour combo, the duo have gone for a mostly light grey hue covering the upper. Elsewhere, pastel pops have been scattered all over with the pink on the tongue adding some serious pop!
As usual, with all collaborations that END. do, these will be exclusively available via their webstore through a raffle. So, if you’re after the END. x New Balance 1500 ‘Rainbow Eucalyptus’, you better put your entry in before December 18.
