Dua Lipa Launches New PUMA Mayze Women’s Sneaker
, superstar singer Dua Lipa announced she had signed a multi-year endorsement deal with German sportswear giant . The pairing has so far seen Lipa and her crew decked out in the Big Cat, and now the next big announcement from the partnership is a new women’s sneaker silhouette called the Mayze.
The Mayze continues PUMA’s trend of mixing archival models – namely the , among others – with contemporary ideas to create a new classic. In this case, the stacked platform midsole is reminiscent of the Rihanna Fenty series, while its split segments are a new yet retro-influenced addition. Some newer features like the TPU heel clip ensure the design remains stable.
‘The Mayze is the perfect fit, it works for me on stage and off. The classic stacked sole is so versatile, I can work it into any look,’ says Lipa.
This new model sees PUMA continue their She Moves Us platform, which highlights the brand’s female ambassadors in a bid to celebrate and inspire the women who progress culture and sports around the world.
