DTLR’s New Balance 990v6 is a ‘Cornerstone’
Over their 40 years of existence, have always held a close relationship with , crafting a barrage of SMUs that have whet the appetites of the DMV. Their partnership goes back to the 2010s, but the past decade has seen the retailer double down on exclusive drops. Following their from late last year, DTLR have prepared a fresh new take on the New Balance 990v6.
This all-new exclusive colourway has been dubbed the ‘Cornerstone’, and is a homage to the brand's DMV home turf, where New Balance reigns supreme. The colourway exudes a unique vibe, albeit toned way down compared to the rapper's colabs. A silver base tone is laid on the mesh layer, with complementary black and blue suede overlays. Neon green, orange and purple accents sling some welcomed contrast, and a classic white midsole rounds it all out.
