DTLR Prepare to Drop Exclusive New Balance 2002R ‘Lovers Only’
US-based retailer and have a long relationship, with the duo partnering up for exclusive releases multiple times a year. Already in 2023, they’ve hit us with the celebrating that ‘Grey runs in the family’. Now, the latest has been revealed, joining forces for a New Balance 2002R called ‘Lovers Only’. The new iteration enters their continuing series of releases dedicated to the DMV area.
The ‘Lovers Only’ hosts a mostly grey build that sees the tone extend from the mesh underlays to the suede and synthetic overlays. Elsewhere, coloured accents have been used sparingly, implementing red, blue and yellow hints throughout the upper. Rounding out the design is the 2002R branding scripted on the lateral heel.
The DTLR-exclusive New Balance 2002R ‘Lovers Only’ will land via the retailer’s channels only on May 26.
