Paul George and the L.A. Clippers will be hoping to take one step further this post-season, the agent-provocateurs showing plenty more bark than bite in La La Land last year.

Perhaps Paul George’s signature line can offer a little extra elevation for his Playoff run, the streaky talent and avid gamer famously implementing the Sony PlayStation aesthetic on his previous signature silhouettes – including the Nike PG 2 and PG 2.5.

After revealing the inaugural PlayStation colourway of the PG 5, the Swoosh are now preparing a secondary colourway, the predominantly blue uppers taking cues from the PS5 home screen.

Known for travelling with his PlayStation on the road, the colourway of course borrows heavily from Sony’s mega successful PS5, with the in-house PlayStation team (including Yujin Morisawa) even collaborating on the sneakers. Building from the clean lines and minimalist colour scheme of the PS5, the PG 5 features split branding on the tongue, while each shoe incorporates the legendary symbolic patterns seen on the DualSense wireless controller.

Look for the second colourway of the Nike PG 5 ‘PlayStation’ to launch soon. While that first option will hit stores on June 17.
