Now the genre-defining artist has branched out from his usual medium to work with on something a little different.
Dr. Woo’s has been realised in a way that may not have been expected. The story of the spider and the fly, which has been embroidered across each upper, looks delicate, yet holds a more sinister edge. The artist urges those who acquire the Chuck to wear them into the ground, until the embroidery gets fuzzy and the soles are caked in filth – then the sneaker tells a new story, the story of the wearer.
