Delayed: The Off-White x Converse Chuck 70

Maybe you will have to visit your favourite secondary marketplace and add to cart after all… Converse are still restocking their Off-White x Chuck 70, but not on March 30 as expected. So, those wanting to cop a pair at retail will have to wait a little longer.

The Converse webstore in multiple regions like the US and UK are displaying the following message: ‘Converse x Off-White™ will be back soon. We’ve had a slight change in schedule and will release a limited restock of Virgil Abloh’s take on the Chuck 70 soon.’

This could mean a number of things. The shipment could be delayed around the world (similar occurrences were commonplace last year with numerous Jordan releases). Or Converse have simply decided to release the product at a later date and drop something different now instead.

ICYMI, this Off-White x Converse colab released in October 2018 after the success of the brand’s “The Ten” collection with Nike. Abloh applied his trademark detailing, including bold striping, industrial-inspired elements, and general subversive touches. Of course, the orange hangtag, Helvetica medial text, and inverted branding are all here.
