Lillard, a unique combination of rapper and NBA star, has fed his narrative-driven music into every release so far, and he’s not about to buck the trend. Both make-ups use colour to reference aspects of Lillard's life. An 'Independence Day' channels his U.S of A. pride with red, white and blue while ‘Static’ in black and white references the baller's ability to block out the noise around him.
