UPDATE: The growing season is almost over for Spitta's sneaker with and . The Curren$y 'Jet Life' 85 has a few extra surprises since the we had our first look last year, the indica-fuzz suede has gotten even fuzzier, the laces have been flipped to what appears to be a hemp fibre and the tongue has been lined with a kangaroo pouch. The colab is set to release in store on February 16, with the man himself in attendance, then it'll hit the Sneaker Politics at 8pm CST.
The latest colab out of the baggy comes to us courtesy of Curren$y. True to form, the rapper has produced a fuzzy-nug of a sneaker, wrapped up in nappy green to remind us of his favourite past time. The Jet Life shout-out on the heel, as much a mantra as a collective of like-minded individuals, matches back to the white midsole for some extra Spitta Andretti flair.
The Curren$y x Reebok Club C 85 JL has only been announced in Japan so far, but we’d be surprised if it didn’t get a wider drop. We’ll keep you posted.
