Following their 2020 Zig 3D Storm link-up, the two are keeping it in the family with this two-strong Hydro drop, which heads up the ‘New Age Traveller’ collection. The British menswear brand takes a textural approach to the tech-y sneaker, bringing together cord, natural weaves and the model’s TPU detail for an old-meets-new aesthetic. The TPU elements and ShelterShield shroud take the concept even further, infusing sawdust into their fabrication. A toggle-and-cord closure nods to the Zig 3D Storm Hydro’s inspiration: water shoes and soccer boots, both notable for their lace systems. Finally, it all sits a top the eye-catching Zig sole, bolstered with Floatride Fuel cushioning and Zig Energy Bands on the outsole for extra responsiveness.
Alabaster and black iterations will be dropping alongside an apparel collection at select Reebok stockists from May 14.
