To honour the 40th anniversary of the Pro Leather, Converse have dropped a faithful recreation of the 1976 white and gold version. From pattern to last, the OG silhouette has been reproduced using premium leather for the upper, while the moulded cupsole has a bit of extra padding inside, for modern comfort. The Star and Chevron branding along the side sits as a proud reminder of the shoe’s on court dominance throughout the late 70s.
The Converse Pro Leather ‘Timeline’ has only dropped in Japan so far, fingers crossed for a worldwide release. We’ll keep you posted.
