Comme des Garçons Launch Three Nike ACG Mountain Fly 2 Lows

Nike’s All Conditions Gear line expanded their line-up of Mountain Fly models last year, debuting the updated Mountain Fly 2 Low. Now, Comme des Garçons have announced they’re launching a trio of the fresh ACG silhouette using their signature monochromatic tones.

The devil is in the details for Comme des Garçons’ take on the Mountain Fly 2 Lows, with three colourways releasing: one in full-black, another in full-white and the third in both black and white. Each of their uppers have been stripped down, with a mostly-synthetic upper and only subtle Swoosh branding on the rear, ACG on the tongue and CDG logos on the insole. Unlike previous GR colourways, the mudguard and toe cap have been blended into each of the uppers.

This Comme des Garçons colab will live under the brand’s HOMME PLUS label, which focuses on menswear and is no stranger to work with Nike. In recent history, they’ve helped resurrect a number of models from the Swoosh archive, including the Air Pegasus 2005 and Air Sunder Max. There’s also been previous ACG collaborations, namely the fan-favourite black and white Mowabbs that exuded a deconstructed vibe.
