First Look: CLOT x adidas Dress Superstar

Edison Chen’s imprint continue to serve up certified heat with – the Hong Kong-based label no doubt one of the more high-profile defections in past years. Recently dropping a luxurious remix of the adidas and a inspired by Italy's shimmering Amalfi Coast, CLOT are now set to begin the rollout of their third Team Trefoil collaboration.

Once again revisiting the classic adidas Superstar, CLOT have significantly retooled the model to exude more formal stylings. Appropriately dubbed the Dress Superstar, the collaboration is manufactured in black patent leather, with Oxford-style rope laces. Stitched Three Stripes branding again extends the premium vernacular, but it’s towards the rear that the collaboration is elevated… quite literally. CLOT have replaced the traditional Superstar tooling with a sleek dress shoe sole, composed in a black and tan colour combination. Classic adidas branding appears on the heels and lateral sides, whereas the leather insoles feature regal gold adidas x CLOT branding.

Currently, we don’t have any concrete release details, but expect the CLOT x adidas Dress Superstar to arrive over the coming months. The collaboration will reportedly arrive at JUICE stores and adidas.
