Closer Look: Off-White x Nike Blazer Low in White/University Red
Off-White are continuing their strong momentum in 2021, Virgil Abloh’s imprint exhuming the Air Jordan 2, dropping the Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT% and, of course, inciting plenty of online commentary with the prodigious Nike Dunk Low ‘The 50’ collection.
We’ve now got a closer look at the Off-White x Nike Blazer Low in White/University Red, the classic composition striking one of Virgil’s most experimental silhouettes yet.
Ostensibly inspired by the cult classic Air Humara (hitting shelves in 1997), the sole unit has received a complete overhaul. Up top, things again diverge considerably, the signature tubing (reminiscent of Off-White’s recent Dunks) complementing the lacing system, while zip-ties and Off-White branding again appear via the “SHOELACES” iconography.,
It’s the second colourway of the Off-White x Nike Blazer Low revealed, a light-out ‘Volt’ and black rendition also shared this month.
Look for the Off-White x Nike Blazer Low to land over the coming months. In the meantime, be sure to check out the best (and most polarising) Off-White collaborations ever!
