Closer Look: The Air Jordan 3 ‘Racer Blue’

Originally teased months ago, we’ve now got a better look at the Air Jordan 3 ‘Racer Blue’.

Composed in white, black, ‘Cement Grey’, and ‘Racer Blue’, the legendary silhouette is this time manufactured in white leather uppers and elephant print overlays complete with 3M reflective detailing. Classic ‘Racer Blue’ accents lift the colour palette (on the collar, lining and parts of the sole unit) while down below, muted grey outsoles complete the look.

Another masterpiece from legendary sneaker designer Tinker Hatfield, the ‘Racer Blue’ colourway features the iconic colour-blocking of the OG ‘Fire Red’ model. Originally debuting during Michael Jordan’s 1987-88 NBA season, the Air Jordan 3 was the first mid-cut silhouette from the Jordan Brand.

The Air Jordan 3 ‘Racer Blue’ is set to release on July 10. The colourway will be available in both men’s and grade school sizing. The retail price is locked at $190.
