The perennial favourite Air Jordan 1 continues to pulverise the sneaker zeitgeist in 2021, the Jumpman linking up with the likes of Travis Scott and Fragment Design for a high-profile three-way collaboration.

But it’s not only scintillating collaborations that have sneakerheads salivating (unfortunately, the rumours of more Dior colourways were recently busted), with clean in-line renditions also doing some heavy lifting for the Jumpman this year. Recently teasing the AJ1 ‘Multicolour’ and releasing the ‘Light Fusion Red’, there’s already been plenty of opportunities to take flight this year.

Now, we’re looking at a stunning patent leather remix of the Air Jordan 1 ‘Bred’, the inimitable black and red rendition still arguably the nastiest colourway in the Jordan Brand cannon.

Remastered in complete patent leather, the latest rendition of the AJ1 ‘Bred’ features signature ‘Nike Air’ branded tongues and Wings ankle logo. Finally, a ‘family’ detail stitched on the lining above the white midsole completes the design.

Look for the Air Jordan 1 High OG ‘Bred Patent’ to release on October 23. The retail price tag is set at $170.
