Closer Look: adidas Yeezy BOOST 350 V2 ‘Mono Black’

One of the sneakers that defined a generation, the adidas Yeezy BOOST 350 V2 continues to impress as a mainstay of the streetwear community. The silhouette has received plenty of love again in 2021, with reflective renditions teased alongside brand new colourways that remove the signature side-stripe!

Now, we’re looking at a murdered-out rendition of the Yeezy 350 V2 with a significant material overhaul, the ‘Mono Black’ colourway a part of the recently teased ‘Mono Pack’ (revealed in a trio of colourways).

The all-black uppers are manufactured with a thicker material that imbue the silhouette with more industrial, utilitarian vibes. Adding more subtly to its more transparent ‘Mono Pack’ siblings, the cages are only partly-visible underneath. Its signature side stripes, and rear pull tabs atop BOOST cushioning completes the design.

Look for the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 ‘Mono Black’ to release later this year. Expect the price to remain $220.
