Clarks Give The Wallabee Another GORE-TEX MakeoverRelease: 21 November 2021
The Clarks Wallabee has a rich history, from becoming the baddest shoe in Jamaica to defining 90s Brit Pop. Recently, we’ve been seeing the iconic crepe-soled shoe get doused in GORE-TEX, from collaborations with Supreme to BEAMS, now we’re getting an inline iteration!
The upper has been covered in ‘dark tan’ leather with a slightly lighter sole down below and matching stitched details. Two-tone laces have been added along with a branded tag on the lateral collar. The whole shoe has been covered in GORE-TEX coating and adding an extra GORP element, the usual crepe sole has been swapped out for durable Vibram rubber.
