Expanding on the latter’s game-changing is a brand new collaborative Chuck 70 project, which makes use of a thousand pre-loved canvas Carhartt work jackets, trousers and overalls, sourced from UK-based fashion and vintage retailer Beyond Retro.
No two pairs are the same, with all the pre-loved garbs sorted into three colour ranges - navy, black and brown – then and butterfly cut to create individual Chuck 70 shoe panels. As you’d expect, the hardwearing canvas takes the toughness up a notch, while the essence of the beloved silhouette remains intact. The tri-panel construction allows the trademark Carhartt WIP stitching details to come to the fore, while the rest of the build will please even the most steadfast Chuck connoisseurs.
