Raffle Is Live For the Brain Dead and adidas Bowling Shoe!

The mind melting Brain Dead label have been on a collaborative hot streak for a number of years now, and the psychedelic collective have recruited a legion of global fans including Seth Rogan and Rihanna.

Tapping everyone from HOKA to Oakley (one of our favourite tag-teams in recent memory), we're expecting another electric year from Brain Dead in 2023. The latest collaboration to surface online is one with adidas – an exciting prospect given that it's not something we’re accustomed to seeing.

All we know so far is that the collaboration involves a bowling silhouette, with gilded co-branding on the sidewalls. Perhaps one from the ‘70s or ‘80s archive, it wouldn’t be a bad move from Three Stripes, considering sneakerheads’ willingness to shift into other sports categories like golf and handball. We also haven’t seen adidas bring bowling into the modern frame for quite some time. Featuring classic bowling shoes’ exposed stitching and what looks like leather welt and heels, the colab also ostensibly features classic shiny black leather uppers.

Currently, we don’t have any official information from either brand, but fingers (and toes) crossed we get some more information from Paris Fashion Week (which kicks off on January 16).
