Decent images of the ‘Chinese New Year’ have finally arrived. They’re not official adidas pics, but they show everything you need to see.

The R2 is consumed by white and decorated with licks of lucky red. Heels are ornamented with the Chinese symbol for double happiness and longevity, reiterated in gold on the insoles.

Given the popularity of adidas' CNY drops, if you don’t find these at retail, you’ll have to save a lot of red letters to get a hold of them.
