Beauty & Youth Beige Out a New Balance RC205 Colab
Japan’s Beauty & Youth (a sub-label of the monolith) have two bespoke editions of the available now for pre-order. NB’s retro racing flat has been reappropriated for street use, eschewing its usual mesh construction for stately suede and textile.
With the choice of tonal beige, or a version with brown accents according to Beauty & Youth, both colourways reference the OG colourway of the NB Comp 800 from 1996. While the techy uppers have changed, the low-slung midsole and micro-tread outsole will still squeeze out some extra walking speed.
Pre-orders are available now directly from United Arrows, with deliveries arriving at the end of the month. You’ll need to know someone in Japan to source you a pair of these if you’re from abroad.
