Bad Bunny's adidas Response CL Gets A Release Date!
Fresh off a fight with Brad Pitt in the and the release of his with , reggaeton superstar Bad Bunny is set to drop his next colab with the Three Stripes: two colourways of the , a shoe inspired by 2000s trail runners. Bunny's first go-around with a running silhouette, his Response CL colab consists of one wild colourway and one mild colourway, each of which features attention-demanding 'melted' details.
The first pair in question, 'Yellow/Core Black/Bold Orange' combines a high-visibility school bus yellow base with black detailing, pops of red and a silver Three Stripe embellishment on the quarter. The second pair, 'Cream White/Off White/Sand' offers a muted, natural-toned look that wouldn't be out of place on an Instagram archive page – but, of course, it's given plenty of Bunny's playful style via its 'melting' overlays. The key design piece of both pairs, these overlays drip down onto the midsole, hang from the eyestays and form a heart-like shape on the tongue, giving the impression that the shoe might just dissolve into nothingness!
Both pairs are scheduled to release on March 10, with 'Yellow/Core Black/Bold Orange' exclusive to North America, Latin America and Bunny's home country of Puerto Rico, while 'Cream White/Off White/Sand' will be available globally. Each is priced at $160, and will be available through adidas CONFIRMED.
