The Bad Bunny x adidas Response CL 'Ecru Tint' Gets a Global Launch Date

Update October 23, 2023: After dropping exclusively in Puerto Rico, the Bad Bunny x adidas Response CL 'Ecru Tint' gets a global drop date. The sneaker is set to drop on October 28, 2023 via adidas CONFIRMED and at select retailers for $160.

Following on from the Bad Bunny x adidas Response CL that came in a Boston Celtics green, the model is gearing up for a new Puerto-Rican colourway. Bad Bunny delivered a first taste of this iteration back in April when he wore them for an appearance at the WWE. It's called ‘Ecru Tint’ and takes on a more tonal palette compared to the previous pair.

The design starts with a white mesh base that then gives over to a Nepolitan-like overlay frenzy. Dark browns, creamy tans and light pinks come in different materials and shapes, including squiggles and pieces that look like melted ice cream over the midsole. The iteration comes together with a dark brown tongue and sock liner contrasted with light cream laces. Purple adds the final touch with hits on the toe, heel and aglets.

The Bad Bunny x adidas Response CL ‘Ecru Tint’ releases in Puerto Rico first on September 22 exclusively through Aperos AJ before going global in October. The pair will come in family sizing, with the men’s sitting at $160. Stay locked to Sneaker Freaker for more details on the global release date.
