atmos and New Balance Get Futuristic on the 2002r ‘Cybernetic Blue’

atmos and New Balance are no strangers to one another and even opened up a collaborative activation space at atmos’ Washington D.C. location dubbed NBSE. So it’s fitting that the two are back at it again, taking on the New Balance 2002r that’s inspired by the cybernetic world.

Dubbed the ‘Cybernetic Blue’ colourway, the sneaker features slate blue placed on the mesh upper with dark grey and cream placed on the leather and suede overlays. Reflective 3M are placed on the N logo and 2002r branding, with more New Balance branding seen throughout. Cream is seen again on the ABZORB midsole with N-ERGY gel placed in the heel for shock absorption.

The atmos x New Balance 2002r ‘Cybernetic Blue’ is set to drop on July 15, 2023, via atmosusa.com and in-store at atmos locations in New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C.
