Don’t Sleep on the ASICS UB11-S GEL-DS Trainer 14
The relationship between and has blossomed every year to include many of the Japanese brand’s signature models alongside under-the-radar heaters – and Bulgarian designer Kostadinov and his wider team have gone from being heavy-hitter collaborators to working in-house. The latest in-brand brainchild to come from this partnership is the , which is locked in to land this August.
The GEL-DS Trainer 14 after originally launching in 2009 – though the GEL-DS line has been around since 1995. Since its return, the DS Trainer 14 has been seen in a plethora of sleek GR colourways and Now, Kostadinov and his team have reworked the silhouette with a fresh material makeover, in two ultra-clean colourways. The tooling and construction remains stock standard, but each colour combo has been given that Kostadinov flair. The base layer is laid down in a ballistic-style mesh, with honeycombed synthetic overlays.
