ASICS Rock Double Denim on the GEL-Lyte III
Yee haw! This isn’t first rodeo rocking the . They’ve used denim on a number of releases over the years, and the has been quite receptive to the twill tweak. Here, all the idiosyncratic motifs are visited.
Coming in either all-indigo or all-black, branding is placed on contrast tan patches, much like a pair of classic five-pocket jeans. The denim panel edges are left to fray with wear, while contrasting tonal leather stripes are double stitched for reinforcement. These GL3s eschew their typical reflective touches, but do receive a waxed shoelace upgrade.
