The ASICS GEL-Kayano 14 Goes Autumnal

ASICS’ GEL-Kayano 14 has been thrust back into the ever-evolving sneakersphere over the past few years, thanks in part to the Kiko Kostadinov design team. Classic colourways, new twists and high-profile colabs have helped the Kayano 14 gain some serious traction amongst the ‘moodboard crowd’ and in-the-know fashionistas. Next up for the GEL-infused silhouette is an autumnal colour combo that’ll make you Fall in love.

This new colourway helps the 2008 runner pop, and is composed of mostly ‘Vanilla’ with subtle hints of ‘Tarmac’ and gorgeous green that makes both accents stand out. The construction stays true to OG spec, hosting full mesh base underlays and leather overlays with metallic lateral heel panel, which sits atop a GEL-injected midsole. It also should be noted that the liner was crafted with a new dyeing process that, according to ASICS, reduces water usage by 33 per cent and carbon emissions by around 45 per cent.
