Aries Craft Two Premium New Balance 327s
UK outfit are adding another notch to their collaborative bedpost this month, reuniting with for a duo of luxe 327s.
They’ve taken a different approach to last year’s eye-searing 991s, crafting the two 327s in premium leather and simple black and white, while red accents add definite luxury sportswear vibes. And this is no accident, speaking to about the colab, Aries Creative Director Sofia Prantera points to the way UK street fashion integrates Italian design as inspiration for the new release.
And it seems that the 327 is the perfect silhouette to showcase this idea, itself a synthesis of New Balance running and lifestyle lineages. The retro vibes are strong, with the pointy nose and lugged outsole calling back to runners of yesterday, while the oversized ‘N’ well-and-truly brings these into the 21st century.
Live in the lap of luxury. These will drop on the Aries website on October 30, and see a wider release on November 6.
