Alexander Wang Debuts his Latest adidas Colab
debuted his latest colab on the runway this week, delving into the Three Stripes’ back catalogue to bring us this high-top duo.
Cruising down the runway in two make-ups (all-black, and white and black), the shoe takes design cues from the swooping lines and eye-catching sole of Kobe Bryants’s Crazy 97 EQT Elevate. The circular logo at the ankle also nods to Kobe’s 97s; however, this time it sports Wang’s upside-down Trefoil.
Are they retro? Are they futuristic? We can’t quite decide, so we’re going with both.
These don’t have a release date yet, but expect them to drop mid-next year.
