have been churning out a steady stream of -inspired colourways for their latest flagship model. With each release proving a hit amongst sneakerheads and ballers alike, JB are finally branching out into other legendary models from the Air Jordan dynasty. The first colourway tackles the immortal 'Black Cement' of the , complete with elephant print crackle at the heel.
In what appears to be either tribute to – or collaboration with – , the shoe features the OKC Thunder point guard's logo on the tongue and switches out the colourway's red pops for the Thunder's signature combination of blue and orange. Down below, the words 'Why Not?' are printed beneath the clear outsoles, a nod to Westbrook's charity foundation.
Unlike any Air Jordan XXXI before it, this release curiously switches out the standard sole unit for that of the . With no details officially announced at this stage, we'll need to wait to find out the reasoning behind this change.
