Could The Air Jordan 4 Motorsport Be Returning In 2017?
UPDATE: A 2017 re-release of the Air Jordan 4 'Motorsport' is beginning to look certain. Some up close images of the supposed re-release have appeared online, confirming a few of our suspicions – namely, the absence of the Mars Blackmon logo on the heel. Keep your eyes peeled and we'll let you know when more info comes to light.
It’s still early days on this one but it looks like the ‘Motorsport’ will be returning in 2017 – well, just about. A few leaked images leave us uncertain as to exactly how accurate the remake will be, in one the midsole appears to have been been blacked out, in another it looks like the Mars Blackmon logo will be removed from the heel. There were rumours circulating a couple of years ago that the shoe would be dropping some time in 2015, which never came to pass. We’re hoping there’s some more truth to the whispers this round, we know there are plenty of heads ready to start stocking up on the coveted 2006 colourway.
A loose release date of March 26 is the common consensus right now, along with the early 2017 drop of the it looks like we’ll have a good year.
