The Air Jordan 4 ‘Infrared’ Turns Up the Heat at JD Sports!

Hall-AIR-lujah! It’s been a long wait, but the Air Jordan 4 ‘Infrared’ is finally slated to take flight this week, the burning hot rendition originally teased way back in June 2021.

Recalling the fan-favourite Air Jordan 4 ‘Green Glow’ of 2013, the ‘Infrared’ is rendered in smooth nubuck uppers with a charcoal finish. Lighter shades of grey are adopted for the forefoot overlays, with clean hits of black detailing on the quarter panel netting, structural wings, and Jumpman heel tabs. Jordan Brand’s titular hue lights up the woven tongue tags and quartet of iconic eyelets, while classic polyurethane midsoles house the legendary Air-sole cushioning.

Tinker Hatfield’s sophomore sneaker for Michael Jordan, the Air Jordan 4 originally landed in 1989, and continues to be immensely popular among sneakerheads today. The winged masterpiece was recently tapped for collaborations with Union L.A., and has even been rumoured to feature as part of a Nike SB partnership!
