The Full Jordan Brand ‘Quai 54’ Collection Lands Soon
may be playing host to the Olympics this year, but they are also once again be welcoming the just a month before the Games open. Founded in the city back in 2003, the street basketball tournament has become a stage for some of the sport’s biggest names, and naturally rose to the occasion with the releases to match.
The Jumpman has celebrated the tournament with a slew of special editions over the years, with recent pairs including , and 3s. For 2024, they’re breaking out the again – this time opting for a more toned-down approach than the colour-splashed . Instead, the 2024 Air Jordan 3 ‘Quai 54’ boasts a fresh, white tumbled leather upper and a creamy ‘Sail’ sole unit, along with subtle accents.
In fact, the accents are so subtle that the ‘Quai 54’ Air Jordan 3 forgoes the silhouette’s usual elephant print panels altogether, swapping them out for soft suede instead. A subtle hint of orange pops out from the panel linings, which matches with the upper and lower lace eyelets. Extra themed detailing arrives in the form of embroidered tongue logos, with one shoe sporting its usual Jumpman branding and the other bearing the tournament’s logo. Icy translucent heel tabs round off the design, leaving the Quai 54 logo to peek out from behind the raised Jumpman one. Pairs will also arrive in a special edition box to commemorate the occasion.
The ‘Quai 54’ Air Jordan 3 is still yet to receive a release date, but with the tournament taking place at the end of June, we can expect pairs to land pretty soon. Keep it locked for release details as they come in.
