This Air Jordan 12 Low Celebrates 25 Years of Jordan Brand in China
With such a large catalogue and storied history, signature line always have an anniversary around the corner! But, instead of celebrating a singular silhouette this year, are throwing a party to honour their 25th year in the Chinese market. We first heard about the party when a Low surfaced aptly named ‘25th Anniversary’. Now, it seems the will have its name on the guest list and will wear a simplistic ‘Black and White’.
This AJ12 Low boasts familiar colour-blocking that harks back to the OGs, albeit a few twists. Most of the upper boasts a crisp white quilted leather while the midsole and eyestays remain blacked-out. The highlight of this iteration is the iridescent layers that cover the toe box and medial midfoot panel. As this is a special edition pair, they’ll come housed in a custom box that reads ‘Celebrating 25 years of Jordan in China’.
