On-Foot: Air Jordan 11 'Cool Grey'

Holiday SZN is almost here! Every year, release a special Air Jordan 11 in December, and 2021's drop is a good one: the . Rumours of the release began to swirl as far back as 2020 and early images leaked much earlier in the year, but with a certified date of arrival right around the corner – and a recent SNKRS shock drop – official images have now surfaced.
Debuted in 2001 and last retroed in 2010, the 'Cool Grey' is one of the Air Jordan 11's most beloved non-OG colourways. It gets its name from its two-tone grey upper, which features a light grey nubuck base (in place of a standard ballistic mesh construction) overlaid by a glossy grey patent leather mudguard. Branding, laces and midsoles are done up in white, with an icy blue outsole rounding off the look. The return of the 'Cool Grey' follows up December 2020's release of the and December 2019's bringback of the .
Thankfully, it seems to have dodged the shipping and production delays that have plagued several other Air Jordan drops, and at the time of writing is scheduled for a full on-time arrival come December 11. Men's pairs are priced at $225, and grade school, pre-school, infant and toddler pairs will also be available.
