Update March 29, 2022: A clearer look at the Air Jordan 1 'Stealth' has been revealed by . Apart from showing the shoe's two-tone leather construction and highlighting its embroidered tongue badge, the fresh set of photos also reveals the inner half of the tongue tag, which features an embossed 'Quality Inspired by the Greatest Player Ever' detail above the outline of a goat, a salute to Michael Jordan's status as one of the greatest players of all time. After an official release date for the was recently pencilled in, have given fans of first signature sneaker another release to look forward to: the 'Stealth,' which is reportedly set to drop this July. Revealed via a Wonder Twins-esque two-pronged effort from sneaker leakers and , the 'Stealth' lives up to its name with a largely subtle style – but does manage to sneak in a bit of flair via unique colourblocking choices.
The images shown in the gallery above may look black-and-white on a passing glimpse, but they are indeed full colour: this is dressed entirely in a combination of 'Stealth Grey' and white. It appears to be constructed entirely of premium leathers both tumbled and smooth (save for the nylon tongue), with its signature 'Stealth Grey' accents placed on the toebox, Swoosh, heel and collar flaps.
More contrast is provided by grey detailing on the collar trim and the tongue tag, the latter of which features an embroidered Nike Air hit for a touch of alternate flair. Debossed ball-and-wings logos, white midsoles and 'Stealth Grey' outsoles finalize the look.
Jordan Brand have yet to officially confirm a date of arrival for the Air Jordan 1 'Stealth,' but early reports have its debut set for July 16 and its MSRP landing at $170. We'll be sure to update you as more info is revealed.
