First Look: Air Jordan 1 High Moto
and motorsports have been unlikely partners ever since MJ himself started a motorsports team back in 2004. The launch ultimately resulted in a motorsports-inspired in 2006, but the Jumpman is taking the moto-inspo to a whole new level with its upcoming Air Jordan 1 High Moto.
The new take on the offers up clear nods to racing boots while significantly modifying the design's OG construction. Not only has the collar been extended even higher for added coverage and protection, but Jordan Brand has included slip-on construction with quilted leather panels and lockdown straps. Naturally, Jordan Motorsports' encircled Jumpman logo appears throughout, while the left shoe even sports a contrasting kick guard on the medial side of the toe box. The outsole has also been reworked to offer better traction.
It looks like the kicks will debut in a predominately white colourway, but stay tuned for additional info.
