Island Hopping: Aimé Leon Dore Go Beachside With the New Balance MT10T

NYC tastemakers and are back at it, this time revamping the trail-ready MT10 silhouette with a splash of coastal Mediterranean flair. Dropping as part of ALD’s Spring/Summer 2025 lineup, the MT10T merges utilitarian tech with ALD’s signature lifestyle aesthetic, channeling the rugged spirit of outdoor performance into a refined, poolside package.
The MT10T sports an on-trend low-profile design that hugs the foot like a modern-day water moccasin. A suede base forms the foundation, reinforced with tonal synthetic overlays for added protection. A leather-trimmed drawstring toggle replaces traditional laces, offering a clean silhouette with quick adjustability. Underfoot, a durable Vibram sole provides trail-tested traction and all-day comfort, whether you’re trekking rocky hillsides in Greece or on a SoHo sojourn.
Offered in three summer-certified colourways – ’Electric Yellow’, ‘Military Olive’, and a stealthy black/red/green combo – the MT10T continues ALD’s run of functional footwear with high fashion sensibilities. Each pair quietly nods to founder Teddy Santis’ Greek heritage, a recurring inspiration behind many of the label’s collections.
It’s been another busy year for the Aime Leon Dore x New Balance partnership in 2025. Dropping the ‘Pristine Pack’ in March – which featured the NB 475 and T500 models – Teddy’s imprint have also set their eyes on the New Balance an entirely novel silhouette designed in tandem between the two brands.
Expect a fast sell-out when the MT10T lands on May 16 via Aimé Leon Dore’s website and select New Balance retailers.
