adidas x A Kind of Guise Drop Surprise UltraBOOST
The reboot of the Collective took shape last week after A Kind of Guise as part of the colab. The silhouette, inspired by the Mediterranean coastline, proved popular, crashing AKOG’s website and selling out within 15 minutes.
AKOG’s now back with a surprise second colourway, a navy build featuring the same Primeknit uppers, leather detailing, wraparound lacing system, and terrazzo-inspired sole as its young predecessor.
The UltraBOOST Collective, originally introduced back in 2015, was designed to celebrate the now-ubiquitous Primeknit marvel. of brands selected for 2018’s collab includes Études, Engineered Garments, Kinfolk, and the aforementioned A Kind of Guise.
