adidas Have Dressed the Samba in ‘Aurora Black’
The dominated pop culture throughout 2023 – the shoe was literally everywhere! We can’t bash those who don the Samba though, as it’s a reliable sneaker that’s and goes with most outfits, depending on the colourway. While its popularity has subtly waned throughout 2024, adidas aren’t stopping with their timeless model. The latest colourway to touch down has been dubbed ‘Aurora Black’, and currently they’re only available in Japan.
Classic colour blocking has been used for this pair, with the namesake tone dominating most of the upper, giving off a subtle vintage vibe. Elsewhere, a ‘Cream White’ has been used on the Three Stripes, laces, liner and heel tab, adding to the worn aesthetic. Elsewhere, Samba remains scripted on the lateral in ‘Gold Metallic’ with throwback adidas repeat branding on the insole. Standard materials have been used on the ‘Aurora Black’, with leather dominating most of the upper with suede toe box and complete with rubber gum outsole.
The adidas Samba ‘Aurora Black’ is currently only available in Japan, and a wider release hasn’t been confirmed as of yet.
