are reinforcing their ‘Undisputed King of Trainers' modus operandi by continually dropping new exclusive colourways of sneakerhead favourites. Freshly landed on their shelves and web store are four editions of the updated Knit for the ladies.
The Ozweego series was first introduced in 1996 and underwent a series of generational updates before the new millennium. After almost two decades of dormancy, a futuristic overhaul of the line in 2019 prepared the former performance runner for top marks in the athleisure field. In the time since, various collaborations and material swaps have kept the design fresh – and this new Knit edition takes it to the next level.
Its woven uppers sleek out the silhouette to a seamless, one-piece sock. Thanks to this modern production technique, the colours can be customised to just about any combination – in this case, adi keep things muted with near-tonal renditions of black, olive, brown, and grey. Other elements, such as the stripe branding and forefoot mudguard, are now heat welded for a smooth finish. Elsewhere, signature features have been reprised, namely the external pull tabs and adiPRENE-equipped sole for familiar comfort.
