In the 2000s, skate shoes seemed to pull a complete 180°, shifting their focus from the over-teched monstrosities of the 90s to embrace the simplicity of the 70s and 80s. It's a trend that the   continue with their latest design – the adidas City Cup.

The all-new design draws heavily on archival inspiration. The model's name comes from its eye-catching double-cup midsole, a design feature popularised recently by the revival of 80s cross-training models such as the and . More than a stylistic choice, the feature delivers substantial support without sacrificing flexibility.

A pristine pair perfect for performance or leisure, the adidas City Cup is available right now from adidas' online store and adidas Skateboarding stockists.
