It’s been a little while since the adidas has received an update, but the wait is over. At first glance, this 2017 version is a radical departure from the style of the iconic Climacool 1. The silhouette certainly shares more with its contemporary brethren – the latest or , for example. Nevertheless, the shoe’s unmatched ventilation and breathability are what it’s all about – and this new version has that in spades. Underfoot there’s a rippled sole, similar to that introduced by the AplhaBOUNCE, with an oxygen portal smack-bang in the middle.
