adidas Celebrate their Court History with Americana x Superstar
The made history 50 years ago when it hit the court as the first all-leather low-top baller. Now, Team Trefoil are taking a trip through their hardwood history, mashing up the inimitable Superstar with 1974’s Americana.
The heritage hybrid sports the red and blue stripes of the 70s silhouette, while elsewhere the tooling stays true to the Superstar DNA. Other small tweaks signal the change-up: lateral Superstar branding now sits on the heel counter and an ‘Americana vs Superstar’ logo adorns the tongue.
