The adidas Campus 80s Heads Back to School With ‘Collegiate’ Colourways

After releasing a duo of XLARGE colabs in February, adidas have brought the Campus 80s back in two colourways that are sure to make the Beastie Boys swoon: 'Collegiate Navy' and 'Collegiate Burgundy.' Apart from their fittingly academic monikers – the shoe is called 'Campus,' after all – both pairs offer a look that's all classic adidas Originals style with crisp, clean colourways and premium suede uppers.

'Collegiate Navy' uses a rich dark blue suede to contrast with its white leather Three Stripe graphic and debossed heel branding, while 'Collegiate Burgundy' opts for a sporty dark red shade. Tongues feature exposed foam construction, but not in the exaggerated way we're used to seeing on sneakers these days: the top half is covered by a thin layer of suede to make it a hidden detail. Both styles are completed by an off-white midsole below their no-frills uppers.

Both of these Campus 80s are slated to release via the adidas webstore and select retailers on March 25. Each is priced at a palatable $100.
