The unexpected rework sees Samuel Ross taking on the 2010 runner and bringing his brutalist aesthetic to the kicks with the addition of an oversized moulded heel piece. The kicks also employ the likes of 3M reflective heel strips on the tongues to go with metal lace tips, ACW branding, and the shoe's usual combination of Cushlon foam and Zoom Air cushioning. The black version of the shoe even adds synthetic overlays to the mesh portions of the upper to further reinforce the design.
