A Classy 991 Adds to the New Balance ‘Nu Block’ Pack
have well and truly got the ball rolling on the this year! Following news of special pairs to celebrate to the milestone, there’s more GR colourways coming through, including this rendition for the ‘Nu Block’ pack.
Made in England in the famed Flimby factory, the sneaker is constructed in the familiar pigskin suedes and tumbled leather, with the medial and lateral sides dressed in a dark navy. Meanwhile, a lighter-tinted navy tone hits the midfoot, with dark red arriving on the ‘N’ logos, toe tips, and mudguards. For some additional contrast, the collars are done in white, while the traditional 991 branding on the rear is delivered in a charcoal grey. Down below the ABZORB-cushioned midsoles alternate between white outers towards the forefoot, and off-white along the rear. A navy blue mould is glued to the back, as all-black outsoles complete this classy colourway.
