4D Printing Hits the adidas Archive
The cutting edge of tech was on display at their recent 747 Warehouse St with a selection of iconic silhouettes retrofitted with variations of the brand’s sole.
The selection of sneakers tracks the progression of basketball styles across the decades as the sole profiles got wilder. The collection spans the 1955 Basketball sneaker, Pro Model, Top Ten, EQT Streetball, KB8 II and Kobe 1. Reactions to the performance of 4D has so far been positive, and we don’t doubt that these variations will be up to the same standard, if not above.
It’s not clear just yet if the adidas Futurecrat 4D Icons will release to the public, fingers crossed.
